Play With Your Imagination and Dream BIG

Circumstances don't matter, only your ability to dream BIG and feel good about it does.
A few days ago I realized why I've had an easy and happy life. Sorry, no complaints here. I understand that most people like to talk about how difficult or hard their life has been and how they overcame those situations. Maybe this is a good way for people to learn, listening to these kinds of stories. I think it is a very good way to sell too, because 99% of people are suffering from something (debt, disease, loneliness, stress, depression and more), so their beliefs and energy match perfectly with these kinds of stories.
My story is different. Yes, I've had tough situations in my life, but they are part of living. They are lessons that teach us and we grow. Those moments add the salt and pepper to life. That is why life is exciting every day, because we don't know what exactly is going to happen, but if we have faith and know that we deserve only good things, we can be sure that anything that happens to us is just for the best. Our responsibility is to learn how to see everything with an open heart and a positive mind.

Why has my life been so happy and easy? My answer to this question is because I'm a big dreamer and my mind is always busy creating projects to help people. It doesn't matter if I make money with them, I really enjoy the time when I'm creating them. I'm living my own life through my dreams and my creations. I'm creating my own life and my own reality in my mind, and I'm living it! Yes, I live in this world - I eat, I get dressed, I have a place to live, I have a beautiful family, I need the same things as every human being. And thanks to my ability to dream and believe, money has never been a problem for me. My relationship with money is wonderful because I believe I deserve only good things and I'm sure I get everything I want.

Sometimes when I say I'm a BIG dreamer, people laugh at me. When I ask for help to do activities to help people, some people don't listen to me, and that is OK with me. I respect everyone else's opinions and decisions. I'm sure I will meet the right people to help me. I use my imagination to attract them. I love to play with my imagination. If I can "live" my projects in my mind, I'm sure I can make them available for everyone and bring them into reality.

Imagination is the ability of forming images, sensations and concepts in your mind. Imagination is a process that helps you to create your own reality and it can be expressed through stories and fantasies. Imagination involves all the five senses and feelings, not just the mind. When you play with your imagination, you are able to see you (and other people) living the life you want, hear your own laughter, smell the scents of your success, savor the flavors of your happiness and touch every person's heart around you. Imagination has no limits and everything you can create in your mind (with your imagination) you can create it in your reality, in your own life.
How can you bring things you create in your mind to reality? There is a very important thing to take care of, and it is that your imagination needs to match your beliefs. You can create beautiful dreams/stories with your imagination, but if your beliefs contradict your dreams, 99.9% of the time, you won't bring them to reality. It is a good idea to rate your belief about your dream from 1-10. How much do you believe that you can achieve that dream? If you rate your belief between 8-10, you can be sure that you will achieve it. If your rate is anything less than 7, you can play the same story in your mind over and over again until you believe you can achieve it. Play with your imagination and add more and more details to your story, add more and more feelings and emotions, feel better every time. If you feel bad thinking about your dream, your level of belief is low. Daydreaming is a very good tool to create whatever you want and overcome negative emotions.

I have a four-year-old nephew and I've learned a lot from him. He is always creating his own stories, expressing his emotions and laughing at every little thing. He is teaching me how to fly - that is what he says - and I'm learning! Children are extraordinary teachers, learn from them - especially kids less than seven years old. Imitate them. I'm sure you will learn to play with your imagination once more!

Creating a Dream book is very useful. Get a special notebook and write down all your dreams, desires, goals and projects. I use a little one because I like to carry it with me all the time. Write all the ideas that come to your mind, even though you may think that they are only fantasies or unreal. Describe your IDEAL life. Write about all that you want in your life, for yourself, for your job/business, for your relationship, for your family, for your community, for your world. Evaluate all your dreams depending on how much you believe and pick the ones that you believe more (8-10) to focus on and play with them in your imagination over and over again. If you want something that you don't believe enough, find "reasons" to support that dream and imagine it over and over again, feel good about it and be happy.

We are forgetting how to dream and that is why we are living in a very stressful and depressing world. It looks like the "directors" of the world are interested in ending our ability to dream and we are collaborating with them. They can control the world but they cannot steal your imagination. Use your ability to dream BIG and create your OWN reality. Circumstances don't matter, only your ability to dream BIG and feel good about it does. If you can create it in your mind, you can have it in your life!

The Self-Help Industry Is Dead - Long Live Self Help!

A few short years ago, for many people, the word 'essentials' may have meant a luxury home filled with designer gear and high-tech toys to go with expensive facials and spiritual indulgence.
Advertisers told us we deserved it and we were worth it. With more than a little encouragement from so called self-help gurus, we were also led to believe that we could have it all - just by thinking about it.

Fast forward to now and we're all paying for it. The ongoing global recession has caused many of us to take a long, hard look at our lives and focus on the true essentials in life.
Gone are the unrealistic expectations that we can all be pretty, rich and famous.
Gone too, are the personal development posers who had jumped on the bandwagon of an economic boom to con gullible people out of their money for what was basically giving common sense advice.

The credit crunch seems to have squeezed the life out of the self-help industry and I, for one, think this is a good thing. Being an avid reader and owner of dozens of personal development manuals, I'd become increasingly bewildered by the wordy, confusing and pseudo-scientific claptrap that was becoming the norm.
Having spent a considerable amount of money, and reading energy, on various self improvement books, to the point that my head was cluttered with psycho-babble jargon, I came to realise that this self help overload was actually preventing me from experiencing the changes I needed.

When I was faced with what appeared to be an impossible situation, or emotional challenge, I would instinctively reach for a self help manual, seeking help and guidance. The sad fact is that more often than not these personal development products and their pompous, pious and patronising tones and conflicting messages left me feeling cold, confused and certainly none the wiser.
Overall, I believe that the self-help industry is generally well-intentioned, but it is open to exploitation by unscrupulous people. I've also come to believe that these pseudo-psychological methodologies can actually prevent people from achieving their goals.
The simple truth about self-help is that the 'the answer lies within'. We all have the power to change our lives with a little guidance. I believe if we all stopped looking for complicated, impressive-sounding solutions to everyday problems, in favour of commonsense solutions and simple answers, we'd all be much happier.

The Benefits of Lifelong Learning

As we grow older we understand the importance of what we need to do to enjoying a long and healthy life but we often forget to take into consideration the role that learning plays into our well being.
We are not only talking about academic learning but learning in all aspects of our lives. From learning a new language, how to make a quilt or taking up a new sport.
Every new opportunity is a chance to grow and evolve in all areas of our lives and by taking on new challenges; we are expanding our comfort zone. By doing so we are increasing our energy, our happiness, and our overall health.
By keeping our brains active we are decreasing the chances of age related illness and gaining a better of quality of life.

Age is Relative
By living with the motto "you're never too old to learn" we are continuously taking steps to keeping our mental and physical selves mobile. By working our brains we are essentially keeping ourselves young. And the best news yet, is that no matter what age we start, we can reap the rewards in any number of ways.
An increase in self confidenceImprovement in memoryBetter hand-eye coordinationImproved balanceImproved social skillsReduction of stressImproved outlook on life
Most importantly, when deciding on a new project or taking on a new skill, we are in effect working with the "use it or lose it" mentality. We are gaining strength and are becoming fit from the inside out by providing stimulation for our brains and action for our bodies. And the earlier we begin this habit of tackling new challenges, the better able we are of keeping this behavior ongoing throughout the rest of our lives.

Resources to Consider
Check out the community centers and local colleges in your area for courses that appeal to you. Look in your local newspapers for groups and classes that will get you out of the house and into a new social circle.
Encourage a friend to join with you as an added bonus of fun and friendship. If transportation or mobility is a problem, then sign up for online courses that offer class participation.
There are many ways to keep the learning throughout your life and the benefits are far reaching. Regardless of your personal choices, the important thing is to keep the right attitude.
By adopting a lifelong learning mentality, we have the ability to keep your physical and mental health in the best shape possible and increase our sense of happiness in the process.

5 Tips for Creating Balance in Your Life

Is your life truly in balance? Don't be so quick to answer yes. Leading a balanced life doesn't mean living 50/50 between your personal and business lives. It's about having enough time to do what really matters to you, whether that's turning a nice profit in business or spending quality time with your family.
If you feel as if you life is out of alignment, follow the tips below for creating balance in your life.
1. Identify what's important to you
There's no right or wrong way to go about creating balance in life. This truly is a "to each his own" situation. Do you desire more time with your family? Maybe you're more interested in traveling the world? Do you want to be more fit and healthy? Or, perhaps you just want to focus on building your business. Contrary to common belief, balance doesn't have to equal out to 50/50. If you're content with the way you divide your time, your ideal of balance could work out to be 60% work and 40% family time, or vice versa.
2. Evaluate your current circumstances
Is your life in balance with your values? It's easy to be excited about reaching a goal, but is what you want or what someone else wants for you (or for themselves)? This can be a fuzzy area for a lot of people because they allow the desires of someone else to mask their own. Before they know it, they really don't want what they thought they did.
Are you where you want to be right now? If not, you need to evaluate what you need to do to get there. Your dreams and aspirations are important and should not be thrown away. If something in your life is consuming too much of your time, and it's not bringing you closer to achieving your goal(s), then some adjustments will need to be made before you can achieve your goal(s). There is a high price to pay when you give up on your dreams, so always work toward achieving professional and personal goals that are meaningful to you.
3. Think outside the box
This is where you can get creative. Begin to consider creative ways to either create more time and/or money. Maybe you can take on a part-time job for one year and earn an additional $30,000 to do with as you please. Or perhaps you want to go back to school, but don't want to go into debt. Maybe you've had a difficult time finding a new job in town or building your business. Consider moving to another city or state - even a foreign country. Thinking outside the box will allow you come up with solutions you may not have considered before.
4. Redesign your life around your values
If your life is out of balance, it may be because your life does not match your values. Redesigning your life when there are others to consider may get a little tricky, but it will be well worth it in the long run. The most important thing to remember is that sacrificing happiness will not bring balance in your life - or the other way around. You first have to design your life from the inside out (around your values) for it to be in balance - not to mention to experience any level of happiness. It's amazing how much easier life seems when you design it in line with your values. You will find greater satisfaction in many, if not all, areas of your life if you start with the core and work outward.
5. Evaluate your progress every three months
To be sure you stay on track and remain in balance according to your values, reevaluate your plan and make minor tweaks as needed at least once each quarter (every three months). You may need to delegate more tasks out to an assistant or implement a more strategic way of managing your time. If you find that changes are not being made either by lack of action or resources, it's time to take a good look in the mirror. Ask yourself what you really want and create a new list of goals. Prioritize what's most important to you and focus on rebalancing your life to accommodate those goals.
Creating balance in life won't happen overnight; it may take weeks or months. The important thing is to be sure your goals are really what you want. It doesn't matter what someone else wants for you - it only matters what you truly want. Always start from within and work outward - not the other way around. Although you may have others to consider (children, spouse, significant other, partner, etc.) when making changes to your life, they should never be the reason you do not create a life that allows you to be happy and successful.

Life Purpose Vision Boards - It's Time To Get Out of Your Own Way

Becoming a Helping Professional is often a heart-centred choice to lead a purpose-filled life. But, accomplishing this spiritual journey alone is not always easy. So, how can you manifest your spiritual path faster with a life purpose vision board?
What is it that brings up resistance for us as Helping Professionals and how come most of us end up broke, burnt-out, self-sabotaging and procrastinating instead of fulfilling our life purpose and manifesting the life we really desire?
So, why is it so common for Helping Professionals to know how to help everyone else, but they have a hard time sorting out there OWN lives?
The simple fact is many Helping Professionals do NOT feel truly worthy of having what it is they want.
The science behind the Law of Attraction is based on knowing how to manifest in a certain way that eases any vibrational resistance, so you can manifest everything that is important to you as you fulfil your Life Purpose with clarity, purpose, life/work balance, more vibrancy and prosperity.
This maybe creating a vision board that aims to attract more clients who resonate with your message, story, vision or mission or how you want to heal or help others improve their health and well-being.
What is a Life Purpose Vision Board Exactly?
Basically, it is similar to a traditional vision board, a visual representation of your goals. But I named my vision board; my Life Purpose Vision Board to align my life purpose and the essence of who I am and have a balanced life!
The main reason was realising that when you begin creating a vision board to help you fulfil your life purpose, you will feel free and no longer believe you have to choose one or the OTHER, you can have BOTH personal and professional fulfilment!
Life Purpose Vision Boards really CAN and do free you up to give and receive, in all areas of your life including the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, material, creative, adventure, character, financial and professional elements of your life.
Until we as Helping Professionals are ready to get out of our own way, we block not only our own destiny or any goal we might place on our vision board, but we hold our selves back from reaching the people we feel compelled to serve.
What Shall I Include on My Life Purpose Vision Board?
It is important to have a very 'clear mental image' of what it is you are asking the Universe for!
The Law of Attraction concept is based upon what you think about most of the time eventually manifesting into your life. From this perspective it is very important that you find a way to focus your thoughts to be in alignment with what you want to do, be or have.
Using a specific theme such as you fulfilling your life purpose, creating life-work balance, manifesting more vibrancy and prosperity, you can be sure that things you place on your vision board will support you in making your difference in the world and at the same time manifest prosperity in every area of your life.
Life Purpose Vision boards will work for you to manifest your life purpose, your vision, your healing, your goals, your destiny, your dreams, your desires, wealth, prosperity and abundance, a soul-mate or manifesting absolutely anything!
Knowing thoughts become things, your dominant thoughts (both subconscious and conscious thoughts), become things, in other words they manifest into your reality.
Even though we know that it is our thoughts that determine what we manifest into our lives and it sounds pretty simple, many Helping Professionals feel guilty about putting themselves first or feel unworthy of receiving money for their work.
This is dominant in their thoughts and this kind of negative thinking (poverty thinking) is constantly energized with negative emotion (poverty consciousness), often not being aware of how to manifest using the Law of Attraction, they use it in reverse.
Because their focus is centred around what they don't want, they do not really believe they can manifest everything into their reality or they are not truly open to receiving or just don't know what they want or are not placing their attention long enough to manifest anything into their reality.
Unfortunately, this is why so many Helping Professionals have had the negative experience of trying to manifest using the Law of Attraction and Vision Boards as they don't really know how to make them work.
Put into action a vision to align your purpose in life, with your current business with your true-self and your personal life and you will begin seeing noticeable changes in a very short period of time.
Instead of trying to figure out or force your way to manifest a better life you'll have a clear mental image and be telling yourself I can manifest anything and it will happen for me.
And soon, you'll know how to manifest your vision for prosperity and abundance with your Life Purpose Vision Board doing the work you love!
